Minneola

Minneola is a hybrid citrus fruit, a cross between a tangerine and a grapefruit, commonly referred to as a tangelo. It is easily recognized by its bell-shaped neck and bright orange-red skin. Minneolas are seedless or contain very few seeds, have a rich, tangy-sweet flavor, and are easy to peel—making them a favorite for snacking and juicing. They are packed with vitamin C and are typically in season during the winter months.
